Gentle Dental applies a methodical procedure to Invisalign treatment:
- Consultation and Planning
The dentist takes a complete analysis with X-rays or 3D imaging to assess oral health and make a treatment plan. A digital 3D impression of your jaw allows the tooth movement phases to be more easily planned to correctly align your teeth. - Custom Aligner Fabrication
The digital plan generates a series of custom-fitted aligners. Each clear tray applies gentle pressure to specific teeth, gradually shifting them along the planned path. Wear each aligner for 1–2 weeks before switching to the next, as instructed by your dentist.
- Wearing Your Aligners

Insurance and Payment Options
Gentle Dental is in-network with the majority of dental insurance carriers. A few insurance companies only reimburse a portion of Invisalign costs. You can call your insurance company to learn about your specific coverage. In most cases, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) can be used to offset orthodontic costs.
